Glen Oaks Update and Recent Build-outs

Rhythm and Reviews
The Glen Oaks Center in Homer Glen is currently navigating through the village review process. Recent adjustments to the project feature landscape improvements and an elongated storefront with increased parking in front of the offices. Along all three proposed buildings there is a comfortable rhythm of gabled roofs, dormers, awnings, stone, and brick.

Owner, architect, and village officials are all working together to find the successful balance of aesthetic, cost, and site impact. This includes a handful of studies including renderings, parking lot layouts, exterior lighting, site planning, utility feasibility and more!

Multiple contractors like electricians, carpenters, excavators, plumbers, etc. can combine to create a good sound building - in the same way, this approach is used before construction starts, with the Owner, Architect and Village Officials to bring all of the planning information together.

Moving In
Businesses are gravitating toward interior build-outs and renovations because they can get the most "bang for your buck."  Small and medium sized businesses can really focus on the interior quality of a project when a shell is already defined.
